Powder coating is one of our core finishing services, widely used for sheet metal enclosures, cabinets, frames, aluminum profiles, and steel structures. Our standardized process ensures strong adhesion, uniform coating thickness, and long-term performance.
All parts are thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, dust, rust, and contaminants. Depending on material and application, we apply degreasing, phosphating, or sandblasting to ensure optimal surface condition.
Electrostatic spray guns are used to evenly apply powder onto grounded metal parts. This ensures consistent coverage, even on complex geometries and edges.
Coated parts are cured in temperature-controlled ovens, allowing the powder to melt, flow, and form a durable, uniform finish.
After curing, parts are cooled naturally and inspected for coating thickness, adhesion, surface appearance, and color consistency.
Runze operates an independent surface finishing and powder coating workshop, fully separated from fabrication areas. This allows us to maintain strict environmental control, stable coating quality, and flexible scheduling without relying on third-party suppliers.
With standardized pretreatment, spraying, and curing processes, we ensure uniform coating thickness, strong adhesion, and batch-to-batch color consistency — critical for OEM and repeat orders.
In-house finishing eliminates external coordination delays, shortens production cycles, and helps customers better control total project cost and delivery timelines.
Our surface finishing is seamlessly integrated with sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, aluminum profiles, and steel structures, ensuring compatibility across complex assemblies and mixed-material projects.
