IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Every batch of raw materials undergoes chemical composition analysis using a spectrometer before entering the warehouse.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): First-piece inspection and random sampling are conducted every 30 minutes during production.
Metrology: Equipped with a precision CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), image measuring instrument, and salt spray test chamber.
